Katöwa Restaurant
The name reminds of Mother Earth and as a complement to art, in Bribri language that means "eat it", Costa Rican groups that loved and respected their surroundings.
Katöwa seeks to offer customers a healthy, natural, home-flavored cuisine and with a proposal “from the garden to the table”. They work with farmers and local suppliers, as well as with fishermen who practice artisanal fishing methods; in order to create a supply network of organic products and workers committed to environmental sustainability.
