How to get there:
From San Jose through Liberia
If you are coming from the Juan Santamaria International Airport, take the Inter Panamerican Highway north to Liberia. The trip is 135 miles and should take 4 hours, depending on traffic. Arriving in Liberia you will come to a traffic light on the highway with 2 gas stations, a Burger King and a Papa John’s on the corner. Turn left and follow the signs to Belén and
Tamarindo. Once you arrive Belen continue driving to Huacas which is about half an hour drive. From there you will follow the signs to Tamarindo, Flamingo, Conchal, Sugar Beach,
Potrero, Avellanas and Langosta.
