From San Jose it is a three and a half hour drive. Take the Pan American highway North to the port of Puntarenas. Follow the signs to downtown Puntarenas, it should take you a 2 hour drive. When you arrive to Puntarenas follow the signs to the ferry of Paqueras. You must board the ferry to Paquera. Once you arrive to Paquera, it will take you another 45 minutes to drive to Tango Mar. Follow the signs to Tango Mar. Once you pass through Tambor turn left after the next bridge. We are 2 minutes away from Tambor.
