La Caletta Lounge
At the Caletta Lounge we are calling our dishes Muses as our intention is to help you harmonize your dining pleasure with them. We firmly believe that "you are what you eat" so eating responsibly and healthily will give you better mental and physical health. All our Muses have been screened very meticulously to respond to our stringent criteria: All Muses are required to have a Low Carbon Imprint, thus all ingredients are grown in Costa Rica. Even better, most of the vegetables we use daily are grown in Cala Luna's Mandala vegetable garden or in both organic fincas (farms) of the Cala Luna properties. La Caletta is also a superb place to take in a glorious sunset for pre-dinner drinks, enjoy the daily ritual of watching the sun sink low at La Caletta, as you sip on an exotic fresh fruit cocktail while listening to the crash of the evening waves.

Deluxe Rooms The tropical hardwood construction blends marvelously with the luxuriant exotic plants in a manner where elegance harmonizes with nature. Between this wonderful view in the heart of Playa Langosta Beach we offer 20 deluxe hotel rooms, 10 rooms with king size bed and 10 with 2 full size beds. All of our hotel rooms offer a patio terrace, a/c, fans, fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, private safe and breakfast.

Villas Cala Luna was constructed with tropical farm-grown woods. The villas blend marvelously with the natural surroundings. The resort features Villas and Suite Villas. All villas have private pool, private parking, full equipped kitchen, green areas, fan, a/c, direct line telephone, satellite TV, and a fully equipped bathroom in each bedroom.

•Villa Garden
Each villa is approximately 1,350 square feet (150 square meters) and can comfortably accommodate four people. This villa has two bedrooms, one main room with a King size bed and a second room with two single beds.
•Villa Master
For larger parties, the Master Villas are perfect. Each villa is approximately 1,800 square feet (200 square meters), providing for up to six people. This Master Villa has three bedrooms, one main room with a King size bed and two rooms with 2 single beds in each room.

Suite Villas Our fully remodeled Suite Villas have top of the line equipment and exquisite interior decoration. Bathrooms and Kitchens were fully renovated to the highest standards.

•Suite Villa Garden
Each villa is approximately 1,350 square feet (150 square meters) and can comfortably accommodate four people. This Suite Villa Garden has two bedrooms, one main room with a King size bed and a second room with two 2 full size beds.
•Suite Villa Master
For larger parties, the hotel has 2 Suite Villa Master. Each villa is approximately 1,800 square feet (200 square meters), providing for up to six people. This Master Villa has three bedrooms, one main room with a King size bed, 2 full beds and 2 single beds.

How To Get There

If you are coming from the Juan Santamaria International Airport, take the Inter American Highway northwest to Liberia. The trip is 135 miles and should take around 4 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive Liberia you will see a traffic light on the highway with 2 gas stations, a Burger King and a Papa John's on the corners. In Liberia , take road 21 southwest to Belen. Turn right in Belen and drive to Huacas which is about half an hours drive. From there you will make a left and follow the signs to Tamarindo, about 35 minutes. From there Playa Langosta is about 2 miles away from Tamarindo Downtown.
