Bosque de Paz Rain/Cloud forest Reserve Back
Our driver will pick you up at your hotel near San Jose, Alajuela, Heredia at 8:00 a.m., to drive them to Bosque de Paz.
Distance is two hours approximately, and they could stop on the way to take pictures, or buy some souvenirs.
Usually, everybody want to stop at Zarcero Park, to look around or visit the catholic church. You will pass two small villages Palmira and Pueblo Nuevo, and will note as the dairy farms and vegetable garden remain back, and they will be surrounded by the cloud forest: The road will continue into Bosque de Paz Biological Reserve.
The visitors could drink a juice, before start hiking through the trails, discovering wonders of nature in our forest. Then, they will enjoy a delicious gourmet lunch in our restaurant, with a spectacular view to the mountains, where they can see birds, the hummingbird gallery, butterflies, mammals...
A visit to our orchid garden and Laboratory could be an interesting ending for an unforgettable experience.
Our expert driver will drop you off in your hotel about 4:30 p.m.
