Don’t miss this outstanding tour on the quiet waters of Peñas Blancas River on our inflatable rafts. You will experience a relaxing half day tour, led by our bilingual naturalist guide. An expert in Safari adventures, he will provide a safe environment and point out the beautiful flora and fauna of this region.
Animals like sloths, monkeys, toucans, crocodiles, Jesus Christ Lizards and turtles might cross your way, including seeing the colorful world of tropical birds.
Tour can be scheduled either in the morning or in the afternoon.
Included: Transportation, bilingual naturalist guide and equipment.
Minimum age: By raft: 3 years old / By canoe or kayak: 5 yrs old.
Duration: 5 hours.
Meals: Instead of fruits at the river you can choose a visit to Don Pedro’s Farm, an additional tour on a trailer pulled by a tractor where the guide will tell you about the flora & founa of the area. You also visit the cheese factory and the dairy, you will learn the milk process for products such as: cream, cheese, yogurt, etc.; and the best of all: delicious snacks and cheese from the house.
