The all-inclusive resort , Allegro Papagayo hotel, located in the Costa Rican Pacific Coast in Guanacaste, had to close temporarily due to governmental health regulations.
For this reason the hotel will not be receiving any visitors until further notice.
Due to this fact, all reservations for these dates, had to be relocated to another hotels in the area. We hope all our clients understand this situation, which we hope will be solved soon.
In order to assist in the cancellation and reprogramming process of all reservations, the hotel offered the following options:
1. Reservation Cancellation with no penalty and reimbursement for the total amount of the reservation.
2.Reservation cancellation with no penalty and a debit note to be used by the client in case he/she decides to reprogram the reservation at some other time.
3.In case the client cannot cancel or reprogram the reservation date, the hotel will help the client to relocate the reservation in another hotel, when possible and keep the same conditions granted.
We will inform all our clients, as soon as the hotel opens again.
