Food & Beverages: Four Seasons offers a variety of fine cuisine restaurants: Di Mare restaurant offers Italian and seafood specialties in a fully screened outdoor terrace with a great ocean view. Papagayo restaurant buffet and a la carte meals featuring seafood and local dishes. Congo`s restaurant is conveniently close to the main pool and two beaches and offers a variety of vegetarian dishes, sandwiches, salads and grilled local fish. It is perfect for casual alfresco lunch or dining. Tico`s bar overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the two pools. It is a place where guests can enjoy a relaxing evening with a drink, cocktail, wine or soft drink, along with tasty light meals. At Caracol, located at the Four Seasons Golf Club guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy wonderful ocean views or watch the evening stars. The restaurant serves a selection of gourmet sandwiches, paninis, burgers, light salads, tempting snacks and the Chef’s daily specials. After 6:00 pm, Caracol transforms into a casual steakhouse.
