Tucked away in the greenery and cooled by the Pacific Ocean, Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge is a 170 acre private reserve bordering Corcovado, a national park that includes thirteen separate ecosystems with almost one hundred species of trees and nearly four hundred species of birds. Corcovado has been called "the most biologically intense place on earth" by no less an authority than the National Geographic Society.
Casa Corcovado has been carefully designed and built by an American naturalist with over twenty-five years of local experience. This unique lodge has been built in balance with its exuberant green jungle environment and it provides the ideal base for your in-depth rainforest experience. The accommodations at this "Hidden World" are artfully-appointed individual bungalows offering unpretentious comfort, with beautiful stained glass doors and handmade wooden shutters.
Access to Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge is only by air, land and water. The adventure begins with a one and a half hour ride through the Sierpe river, winding your way through the largest mangrove wetlands system on the Pacific Coast of Central America.

6 deluxe bungalows tucked away in their own private garden with queen beds and single draped by mosquito nets, table, ceiling fans, ample closet space, mini-bar, private bathroom with hot-water shower and toilet separate.
4 junior suites with a screened porch perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, living room, a fold-out sofa-bed, mini bar, private bathroom, ceiling fans and hammocks. Each bungalow has two interconnecting suites making them just right for families or friends.

Activities: Day 01 (Corcovado)
Take flight to Palmar Sur. There we will drive you to Sierpe for a thrilling boat trip to the Drake Bay area. This will be you home base for the next three nights! (Full Board)
Day 02 (Corcovado National Park)
Familiarize yourself with the intricate workings of the rainforest on a day hike into Corcovado National Park and spend the rest of the day exploring on your own, relaxing or on a scheduled activity. (FAP/FB)
Day 03 ( Caño Island)
Off to the Caño Island Reserve, a 300-hectare island known for its Indian cemetery and coral reefs teeming with marine life. Time to relax and swim, or hike through the island. (FAP/FB)
Day 04 (San José)
After breakfast, transfer by boat and taxi to Palmar Sur and the flight back to San José. (B)
Food & Beverages: The hotel`s Jungle Dining Room offers a special haut cuisine menu in a casual elegant ambience. The delicious meals are prepared each day with the freshest vegetables, fruits, seafood, tenderloin, chicken and pasta. Each plates is prepared and served with a unique Casa Corcovado style that reminds you of the exotic beauty that surrounds you.
