One Bedroom Villa: are built to high quality standards and specifications, approved by all competent offices, distributed in different level terrace type construction with view to the ocean, according to the Site Plan. 40-meter private area with one bedroom, closet, bathroom with bathtub, integrated breakfast counter, cable TV, central A/C, terrace, and hot water.

Two Bedroom Villa: Fully equipped 2 bedroom villa, with one double bed per room; one bathroom, with bath tub and shower, hairdryer; living & dining room area; fully equipped kitchen for 4 people; central air conditioner; cable TV; telephone and terrace. These villas offer view of the Gulf and their own private pool. 80-meter private area with one bedroom, closet, bathroom with bathtub, integrated breakfast counter, cable TV, central A/C, terrace, and hot water.

Three-Bedroom Villa: has a private area of 105 square meters and has three bedrooms with their own closet, bathroom with bathtub, cooking area, breakfast area integrated to the kitchen cupboards, one living room, cable TV, central A/C unit, terrace, all kitchen utensils and accessories for dining area, bedrooms, bathroom, and hot water.

How To Get There

From San José to Ocotal Beach it is approximately a three to four hour drive. You will be driving northwest on the Pan-American Highway (The same road to Liberia). There are many signs to Liberia. Stay on the main road. Once you arrive to Liberia you will see a traffic light in front of you, three gas stations (one on each corner) and a Burger King in the northwest corner. Take a left at the traffic light, and drive towards Playas del Coco, Filadelfia and Santa Cruz. Five minutes later, you will see Liberia’s airport on your right, keep driving. About 7 minutes after the airport you will see a Gas station “Servicio Total” on your left hand side and at your right a road entrance to Playas del Coco. Turn right and stay on the main road and follow the signs to Playas del Coco. Before you reach Playas del Coco, take the right fork with the sign for Playa Panama and Playa Hermosa (4km). Continue driving until you find the hotel on your left, after the Playa Hermosa main entrance.
