Villa Lapas - Jaco Beach Costa Rica

Hotel Villa Lapas is an all inclusive eco-lodge dedicated to nature conservation. It is located along the Tárcoles River bordering Carara National Park, in Jaco, Puntarenas. The area is very popular due to its proximity to San Jose (just 45 miles away). Near the Tarcoles Bridge, also known as the ¨Crocodile Bridge¨, visitors will watch dozens of crocodiles wondering around.

Villa Lapas Sky Way is a joint of natural trails and hangs bridges (of hammock) throughout a wonderful rain forest of centenary trees. It is located in the private reserve very close to the Carara National Park. Walking through this trails guests will encounter abundance of wildlife, bird species such as the toucan and macaws and much more. Some of the activities that visitors will be able to enjoy around the area are kayaking, rafting, hiking, sport fishing, and horseback riding. They can also relax by the pool, in the Jacuzzi or enjoy a game of golf at the miniature golf course.

Jacó, Puntarenas

Take the Bernardo Soto Highway to the west through the "Cruce Manolos" (Intersection). Turn right at this point, following the signs to Jacó/Quepos. Continue through passing Atenas and Orotina towns. From Orotina, head south to the Coastal Highway, following signs to Jacó (about 45 km / 28 mi). Entrance to Hotel Villa Lapas is located past the Tárcoles and Quebrada Ganado towns on the left side, about 30 km / 18 mi from Orotina (signs provided).
