The lodge offers 22 cozy rooms and bungalows with a rustic style that blends perfectly with its wild natural surroundings: polished wood paneling, large verandas and vibrant gardens. The hotel´s fresh water pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a morning of exciting activities, the restaurant offers cool drinks and homemade food all day long, guanabana and papaya grows on the property and hiking trails lead off into the jungle.
At El Pizote, guest will feel that days are too short for all the activities they will want to enjoy. How about diving or snorkeling at the coral reefs, or surfing, kayaking or rafting in the Pacuare River? Maybe a slow hike through the nearby jungle, or a river boat trip up the Sixaola River. Of course, there's birdwatching, or maybe a glass bottom boat trip over the coral reef. Guets can also visit the Kekokdi and Bri-Bri Indian Reserves, or the nearby banana plantations. Tortuguero and Cauhita National Parks are nearby as well as white or black volcanic sand beaches.
