Golfo Dulce
It takes between five and seven hours driving from San Jose. Travel through the Pan American highway through San José-Cartago -Cerro de la Muerte-San Isidro-Dominical-Palmar Norte. From Palmar Norte, proceed South on the Panamerican highway for 30 miles past Chacarrita to Villa Briceno (Km. 37). Watch out for the sign at the turn-off. Follow the level dirt road through La Gamba to the lodge (3 miles).
