Hotel Villas Gaia offers 14 delightful casitas, designed to harmonize with their forest surroundings and accented with the vibrant colors of the tropics. Sitting on your terrace you'll be able to watch sloth's, toucans, white faced monkeys, macaws and numerous other wildlife. The casitas are spaciously arranged offering privacy and tranquility for couples and families alike. A casita can accommodate up to 4 people. The only two bedroom casita, La Casa, can accommodate up to 7 persons. Each bright, spacious casita has orthopedic queen and single beds, reading lamps, night tables, ceiling fans, built in closet, bathroom with solar hot water, and a private terrace (8 by 20 ft) with comfortable 'perezosos' (lazy chairs) and a table with bench. Several casitas are equipped with air-conditioning. One of the casitas has two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), bathroom with hot water, a screened in living room with sofas, table & chairs, cable TV and a refrigerator. One bedroom is equipped with a queen seize orthopedic bed, the other bedroom with three single orthopedic beds (or a double and a single bed). The two sofas in the living room can be used as extra single orthopedic beds.

It will take you from 4 to 5 hours drive from San José, through what is considered the scenic mountains of the Cerro de La Muerte. From San Jose, take the Pan American Highway South towards Cartago, following the signs to San Isidro del General. When you arrive to downtown San Isidro follow the signs to to Playa Dominical. The first spectacular view of the Pacific occurs in Dominical on the "Costanera", a road that passes through the coast with spectacular beach of the beach and the ocean. Villas Gaia is 35 kilometers (22 miles) south of Dominical following the ¨Costanera¨ road. The entrance of the hotel is 1.5 kilometers South of Ventanas Beach and 500 meters North of the entrance of Tortuga Beach.
