Meals are served buffet-style and à la carte in the open-air dining pavilion surrounded by views of sugar cane and coffee plantations, volcanoes, and the soothing sound of the rivers. Delicious vegetarian and non vegetarian meals are available

- Oven baked eggplant filled with mozarella cheese, pesto and nuts
- Curried vegetables casserole, with coconut milk and basil
- Sauteed spinach, accompanied by ginger glazed tofu and mango dices

Asclepios, (honoring the Greek God of Health) offers its guests 12 rooms which evoke the most important medical traditions of the world, together with a regulated ionized swimming pool, amphitheatre, fitness center, yoga and meditation pavilion, floatation camera, sauna, Hammam, Vichy and Scottish showers, 4 treatment lodges, a relaxation room and an organic Restaurant.
Asclepios seeks to educate in environmental appreciation and conservation. Our Center will not compromise our natural habitat: it only occupies 20000 square feet in an area comprising 12,500 acres. It will be built in siding and brick, two ecological and renewable materials. We use thermal solar collectors and water recirculation systems. Asclepios take advantage of natural ventilation and natural lighting. Wild life has been preserved and our primary and secondary forests will be untouched. We are cultivating a wonderful organic farm and are working together with experts to reintroduce native plants and animals that have been driven out by alien species.
Asclepios is located 20 min from the International Juan Santamaria Airport on the way to Poas volcano in El Cacao de Alajuela. 750 meters North from the bifurcation that divides the old road to Puntarenas into Grecia and San Pedro de Poas.
