De San Jose Lorsque vous voyez la sortie de Jaco passer et de rester sur la même route au sud en raison de Parrita et Quepos. À son arrivée au centre de Quepos et immédiatement traverser un pont, vous devez tourner à gauche. Vous passerez devant le restaurant "El Gran Escape" (que nous recommandons vivement) et certains magasins sur votre gauche. Aller à un pâté et consultez l'étiquette de Manuel Antonio sur la gauche. Tournez à gauche et continuer sur cette route jusqu'à une colline. Lorsque vous démarrez bas de la colline voir les indications pour les différents hôtels et près de la plage principale et Manuel Antonio National Park.
