   Individual Fit Bookings Using Costaricantrails
   • 01 - 04 bookings = 12% (Our Standard is 12% instead of most of 10% commission)
   • 05 - 08 bookings = 13% (Our Standard 12% commission plus 1% override)
   • 09 - 12 bookings = 14% (Our Standard 12% commission plus 2% override)
   • 13 - 20 bookings = 15% (Our Standard 12% commission plus 3% override)
   • 21 and over bookings = 16% (Our Standard 12% commission plus 4% override)
