Day 01 Arrival in Panama City
:
Upon arrival to Panama a representative of Panama Trails will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your city hotel for your firs night in Panama.
Panama City is the capital and largest city in the country. It is home to a diverse blend of cultures and an enormous historical sector in the Old City. The lively and vibrant banking district on the other hand is very modern and often compared to Miami. Panama City is a thrilling location you will surely enjoy during your visit to this gorgeous country.

Day 02 Panama City – San Blas
:
In the morning you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Miramar on Panama’s Caribbean coast, approximately 2.5 hours from Panama City. From there, the lodge’s boat will take you in 45 minutes to Coral Lodge where you will stay in an over-water thatched bungalow. The setting is pristine with beach view against a backdrop of virgin rainforest.
Overnight at the Coral Lodge, Over-the-Water Bungalow, meals, beverages and 1 daily tour or Spa treatment included.
Day 03 - 04 San Blas
:
Free days at Coral Lodge. Enjoy the sea view from your hammock, relax at the beach or join one of the activities offered by Coral Lodge. A daily tour or Spa treantment is included in your package. Among the excursions are kayak trips, horseback riding, snorkeling, sunset cruise and the lodge’s signature tour to a Kuna village of the San Blas Islands.

Day 05 San Blas – Panama City

After breakfast, a 40 minutes boat trip will take you back to the mainland. From there you will be transferred back to Panama City for a night in Panama’s Old Quarter at the lovely Canal House.

Day 06 Panama City – Bocas del Toro:

In the morning you will be transferred from your hotel to the local airport in Panama City for your flight to Bocas del Toro. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airstrip in Bocas Town and transferred by boat to Tranquilo Bay.

Day 07 Deserted Island Picnic Trip to Zapatilla Cays:

In the morning you will travel to the Zapatilla Cays for a delicious picnic lunch. You will spend the day at the beach in a lovely togetherness. You will have plenty of requirements, shade, kayaks and snorkeling gear to create a wonderful day on these beautiful islands. A time for your pick up and return to Tranquilo Bay will be scheduled. The Zapatilla Cays are two unspoiled islands protected by the National Park and home only to a park ranger and a couple of seasonal research scientists who place radio tags on sea turtles to track their global movements.

Day 08 Punta Valiente Ngobe Bugle Indigenous Reserve
:
Today you will enjoy an exciting open-ocean voyage that will take you past the breathtaking cliff face, lush canopy of Punta Valiente, and the dramatic rock formations of the Tigres Islands. The indigenous Ngobe Bugle communities inhabit this land.
The tip of ''Punta Valiente'' extends for miles into the Caribbean Sea, forming the eastern edge of the archipelago and some of the most spectacular coastline in Panama. Following an interpretive hike in Cerro Punta Village, you will proceed to the windward beaches of Punta Valiente. These beaches are one of the world’s most important nesting grounds for several endangered sea turtles.
If the weather is appropriate, you will take a rest at Bull Cay, where you will have the opportunity to do snorkeling and exploring the colorful and beautiful under water life.

Day 09 Chocolate Farm Tour – Return to Panama City
:
In the morning you will take a 20 minute boat ride through Dolphin Bay to Green Acres Chocolate Farm. The hosts will take you on a tour of their beautiful farm. You will learn something about the process by which cocoa is turned into chocolate. Tasting the delicious organic chocolate produced at the farm will make this day perfect.
Later you will be transferred to the Bocas Del Toro airport for your domestic flight back to Panama City. Upon arrival, you will be driven to your city hotel.

Day 10 Panama City - Departure

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Tocumen Airport for your international flight back home.

Clothing: Panama is a very informal and casual country. Formal attire is only used in Panama City and on very special occasions (Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries)
We recommend to bring a sweater for the highland areas, and light loose fitting shirts, pants or jeans, and shorts for the lowland areas.
For the beach areas please don't forget to bring a hat or cap, sunscreen, and sun glasses.
For the rainforest and the National Parks we recommend hiking boots, a small backpack, water bottle, pocket knife, flashlight, insect repellent, rainwear, and a pair of binoculars to observe animals.
